2 teaspoons olive oil
200 grams sliced pancetta (roughly chopped)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 eggs and egg yolks (at room temperature)
½ cup cream (thickened)
75 grams parmesan cheese (finely grated)
Here are 3 simple steps for your yummy creamy Carbonara sauce:
- In a large, nonstick frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium fire. Then, add the garlic and pancetta. Cook while you stir for about 5 minutes (or until you achieve crispness in your pancetta). Drain the said ingredients on a paper towel.

- Add the pancetta and egg mixtures to your choice of pasta. Season again with salt and pepper. Toss all the combined ingredients over low fire until they are well-combined. Serve your creamy Carbonara pasta with the remaining parmesan cheese you have.
